We recently had listed our house. We were scheduled for an open house on Saturday so we called Ram to come clean our blinds. They came picked them up and returned them several days later. We let them do their work and paid them and they left. I then started opening the blinds and to my surprise some were not cleaned at all and the ones that were were had water spots all over. I immediately contacted Ram and they asked me to send pictures. I did and they agreed they could do a much better job and there should not be any water spots at all. So they said they would send someone out to fix it. Well this girl came in with no supplies and was using water from the tap to try to remove water spots. She was unsuccessful and she contacted dispatch and they were supposed to schedule them to be cleaned again. Holly in dispatch is very dishonest and should be ashamed of herself. I have contacted them a half dozen times on this. Long and short the morning of our open house we were doing the job they were hired to do ourselves. Lastly if you do hire them I suggest you inspect their work before you pay them.

When Duane, the technician from Ram Services arrived to clean our carpets, we mentioned that we had just had our house painted and we were concerned about the hoses marking the walls. Duane took our concern seriously and took extra care to make sure the walls didn't get marked. In addition to the are he took, Duane was very polite and professional. We would not hesitate to get Duane back the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

We have also used Ram's maid services and window cleaning and have been very happy with those services as well.

This is the second time that they are coming to clean the bedroom rug. After spending the whole day cleaning, everything was spic and span. The service technician arrived the first time and faked that he had soap in his eye, used the clean sink and not sure if it was an ego problem, but wanted me to look when he used his shirt to dry his eye...personally I could careless on a body type. He ended up oversaturating the bdrm causing the result to be brown spots on a white rug. This is his second attempt to doing it right, if not the Better Business Bureau will be notified. The carpet was cleaned on the 25 of June, I was stuck waiting for it to get fixed til July 4. As far as I am concerned it was technician's fault and I should have either got squeezed in on July 3, or he should have had to work on the weekend. Once again the service technician Mark is a no show. Not super impressed by this company and will not be using their services ever again. If your needing a carpet cleaner do your homework and avoid this one.

Had my area rug cleaned and got great service from getting an estimate to delivery. Rug’s like new and no hidden charges or surprises. Will us RAM again and would recommend them.

Excellent job. They cleaned ducts I didn't even know were in mt home. All in 45 minutes. Checked the furnace and advised it did not need cleaning. Very professional. Thank you Ram.

I have used Ram Cleaning services twice now for “Move Out” cleaning. This last time there were several stains on the carpet which I had tried to get out with a rented carpet cleaner (with no success). Ram’s carpet cleaner was able to remove these stains and brought the carpet back to a like new condition. Well done.
In addition I utilized the maid service, and found them to be professional and very thorough. I will definitely use their services again. Many thanks.

I was very pleased with the booking process and the fellow who came out to clean my carpet and furniture. He was very personal, done quickly and timely. I am very happy with the service.

POOR house cleaning job. Never use RAM Maid service for your house cleaning purposes. I am a clean person and do all my house cleaning myself on a weekly basis, so my house is never that dirty. I wanted a professional cleaning service to do what I could not do myself and I was very disappointed with RAM. I booked one hour and paid $115 for service for two small bathrooms only to become disappointed. They didn't remove any of (light) calcium build ups and said they couldn't scrub. Fortunately I was on site. I asked for the cleaning to be re-done on the bath tub which didn't end up great even after the second round. They didn't seem to use good cleaning products. When they left I noticed that she had not even cleaned the toilet lid at a very visible and accessible spot. I will never use their service again and would never recommend to anyone!

Our landing between 2 sets of stairs gets dirty with pets taking their ‘prizes’ there. This week we had Jeff from Ram in and he did a great job, far better than other highly rated cleaning companies we’ve had in. He was friendly, efficient and the carpets look like new. We will definitely be calling Ram next time and requesting Jeff.

I called Ram cleaning to come to our two story home and clean the exterior windows in December! We have over 30 windows, so a pretty big job. With the warm, windy fall, the windows were quite a mess. Ram did an excellent job. They were courteous, on time and did a great job cleaning the windows. I have never used Ram before, but certainly will in the future. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.
