Terrible service and rude owner

Misdiagnosed my dryer to sell me a new one. After I realised, I asked for my old one back, to sell. Owner refused to deliver right away and left it outside in the rain for weeks before calling me to say he could bring it.
Also broke the vent tube while installing new one and argued that it wasn't his business to fix it.
Terrible business sense and the owner Dan is argumentative and very rude. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!
