I was threatened by a salesperson to take me to collections for not paying a bill that was never delivered to me. It had been two months since the supposed delivery, and they later realized that they had sent it to the wrong address multiple times. However, I have not received an apology from them yet.
I would like to suggest that they educate their employees better, or hire the right people for the job, at least, who can write an address correctly. I am not planning to return to this company or recommend them to anyone.
