Grounds upkeep of a 141 unit corporation of town homes
Gelderman had been hired by the outgoing board, so both parties had to figure out what the contracts entailed with the ongoing support of Gelderman senior management we made our way through this confusion with the support of our property manager. Now two years down the road, we have seen amazing changes in our large property that is 30 years old or so. We have a weekly garden team led by Curtis to keep our grounds in order which is not an easy task . Thank you Curis and co.
The company as a whole are very responsive, and our gardeners are very hard working , friendly , pleasant , knowledgable, effective and respectful to both the board as well as the owners. They take pride in their work. As a team, our gardeners often work in soaring temperatures in the summer, and do so with a smile . We love the weekly communications and garden reports in the summer from Curtis and his team as the communication allows us the board, to support Malvern and deal with issues that occur from time to time such as an owner complaint, which is rare. The board with Curtis talk and reach a joint solution which is essential in a condominium.
Our winter services are also of the same high quality and standard. Again the communication is essential as we recieve notices on weather warnings that are sent by email with updates and timings of visits which are impacted by the winter .
So iover the last two years our grounds have kept improving , and have never looked so good in the summer , or been so safe in the winter .
