This is the 2nd time we've used KBD, great quality and service. They go above and beyond for the customer from design to finished project. Our house value has skyrocketed! Thanks Greg and staff for another fantastic job!

It’s been a terrible experience and a complete lack of accountability on the part of Kitchen by Design. We received a faulty product and have been waiting for almost 2 years for a resolution. They have not delivered on their word and continue to make us wait.

This company has serious problems in completing their work in a timely manner. It takes them a rediculous number of iterations to get cabinets and drawers sized correctly and it takes them forever to complete their work. We were expecting our kitchen and powder room cabnietry to be delivered for ins tallation on Oct. 3. Components were missing and incorrectly sized. It is now 8 weeks later, they've been to the house 8 times to attempt to complete the work and it still isn't finished! In fact. they're still remeasuring things! They are so bad that the contractor who has been doing our renovation work won't even touch them again.
