Miscommunication with the builder / smartspace and us the customer but all issues have been resolved - they went above and beyond to make correct this mistake. Thank you

Great sales pitch - Terrible customer service

Firstly id like to say i was happy with the service i was assuming i was getting from Smartspace when we met with them 6 months ago. At the time we were just looking to have speakers / alarm roughed in which is what we got. As far as talk that was included in the meeting with Louis that was just that "TALK". Louis let us know that it was standard for our home to come with a conduit going from the electrical panel to the attic & that it was standard for a smart panel box be installed as well. Through out the build we have contacted Louis about these two items and he has informed us that smartspace would not be installing either as he just remembers us talking about it. If you choose to go with Smartspace make sure you get everything in writing as i feel a bit ripped off thinking these two items are standard and would be here on possession day.
