An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Our journey began almost a year ago with an initial meeting with a member of your custom sales and integration team. His knowledge and ability to explain the possibilities of an integrated home system helped us make informed decisions about a system that met our personal wishes and needs. The sales rep’s ability to explain the intricacies of a complicated system in a way that we could understand was greatly appreciated. He patiently responded to any and all questions we had as we gained a better understanding of program and product options. As a member of the smartSPACE team, your sales representative has been very accessible and willing to provide us or our builder with information and answers to our questions throughout the entire home construction. The service has been excellent!
During the infrastructure stage of our home construction, your team was ready, willing and able to meet with site managers to discuss specific wiring needs and complexities based on our unique home design. We had the utmost confidence in the knowledge and ability of the team who wired the house for the integrated system. Our feedback from the site managers regarding the installation of wiring was always positive. Your team met timelines and worked cooperatively with site management.
At this time, the effort and knowledge provided by smartSPACE Technologies are evident by the fantastic home system we are now able to enjoy in our new home. The installation team who set up the system and components did a great job as proven by an integrated system that works extremely well. We have had no problems with operating any of the systems and even if there was an issue, we feel totally confident that smartSPACE would be there to provide support and rectify any problems.
In the process of our custom home construction, we have had many experiences with many trades. In our opinion, smart SPACE Technologies not only met, but exceeded our expectations for knowledge and service. Our confidence in smartSPACE Technologies never waned. The proof is in the product.
