Our home has a home theatre installed with the drop down screen/projection system. While the system and several remotes are slick in their appearance...the tech rushed thru operation of the remotes and the countless buttons. A couple of years later, the lamp started to dim and a replacement was required. Called Smartspace....high turnover in staff and no one there had any record of our past dealings. Tech came out and he replaced the bulb but charged us $700 to do so. We didn't have a choice as there was no alternative in the market. Would not recommend.

I'm sorry for your frustration. We do strive to ensure all clients receive ample training on the operation of their systems. If you still have concerns regarding the operation of your system I would be happy to discuss them with you.
As for the cost of replacement projector lamps, they certainly can be a costly surprise but unlike modern televisions, projectors do have an aspect of recurring cost that is unavoidable. We only supply replacement lamps approved by the original manufacturer of your projector. There are certainly less expensive options available but we feel the lack of accountability when dealing with the "knock off" companies is not worth the savings.
