Maintenance free Alu-Rex gutters protection is a joke !!!!!

They told me this product and looking online and seeing they all have this problem were as the lip in front stops anything from coming off so the gutter protection gets plugged up and water runs out of gutters and the problem with my installation the gutter protection they installed angles towards the house not away.
