They were recommended by my builder but the feeling I have after spending a significant amount of money with them is regret. I have a small kitchen and paid extra for this job, because they said they could do it without a seam. Turns out they don't know what they're doing.
The installers were rude and disrespectful and damaged my home without notifying me. The response I received from the owner was "the damage could of been worse". A simple I'm sorry they damaged your new home would have gone a long way. Instead, the owner expected me to thank him for doing what I paid for.
It's really sad that this is what customer service has come to these days. You spend your hard earned money and the vendor acts like they are doing you a favour. I would not recommend them to anyone. I suspect that they reserve their respectful treatment for other groups of people.
