Flooring and tile in a big reno
AWFUL. This company is a disaster--the worst company I have ever dealt with in 25 years of doing this work. We were warned about them, but because they promised to do our work on schedule, we hired them and gave them a large deposit and explicit instructions. They were months late, sent young kids who only occasionally showed up and clearly had no experience laying floors, left our door wide open while we were away, and so on. If you deal with these people, expect them not to return your calls, not take any responsibility for the security of your home or family, and then hit you with a massive bill after months of not hearing anything from them and not even finishing the work. There are many better people in the Kingston region. I write this to make sure this does not happen to other people.
