Had to use this company at the direction of my Insurance company - Travelers Insurance....for both restoration and renovation. GREAT restoration company but spectacular "Fail" as an after damage repair / renovator. They have no real employees that do the renovations. Hire sub contractors and the very worst (cheapest) available. Contractors had no respect for my home while doing work as well and First General would take little responsibility for the sub contractors actions while in my home. If your Insurance adjuster wants you to use them for damage clean up, no problem, but under no circumstances should you consider them for after damage repairs.
