Garden Centres review in
Calgary
Very poor Customer Service. I bought a plant from the Rona store at 9630 Macleod Trail South in Calgary and the plant didn't grow up although I maintained it well with temperature and water. When I brought it back to the store on May 24, 2016, one of the employees at the customer service refused to take it back explaining that the plant wasn't maintained properly. When I tried to speak to the store manager, she didn't even come out from her office. I don't think my family or my friends will ever buy something from this store.
