We had a new roof installed mainly due to a leak into my garage that developed in a valley in the roof.
This was made very clear to the Lodde Rep.
It has leaked multiple times every year since then(three years)
They came twice under warranty,then installed a heating cable which we paid for.It leaked first snow and melt this year.
I paid a friend who is a roofer to fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. It's always appreciated, as it is a tool for us to grow as an integrity based business. Our records indicate that we installed your roof in 2007. They also indicate that you have had problems with ice damning. Ice damns can be a very frustrating and problematic occurence for the homeowner and can lead to the homeowner questioning the integrity of the roof installed. As in our previous correspondence we would welcome the opportunity to go over your roof with you to determine what more we can do for you to poossibly eliminate ice damns forming in that area of your roof.
