We are renovating our house and decided to remove a wall. I reached out to several contractors for help with the framing. Two contractors came and provided a quote, but neither could confirm a schedule. I eventually came to an agreement with one contractor but then he completely disappeared and did not come and do the job. My issues finding a contractor delayed our work several weeks while we waited on standby.

I then contacted Bond Contracting after seeing some excellent reviews online. Darwin got back to me right away, scheduled a meeting the next business day, and provided me a quote the day after we met. I agreed with the quote and Darwin got me on their schedule immediately.

The job was completed on the scheduled date and everything went smoothly.

Finding a contractor was a frustrating experience. I am glad to have stumbled across Bond Contracting. Darwin and his team impressed me. They will be the first contractor I reach out to on future projects. I hope my recommendation can help others who may be frustrated with finding a reliable and professional contractor.

Had a good feeling during the initial consultation over the phone, and then the quote. There was a bit of a concern though about how the work was going to be treated, given that it was not as big of a job.

Darwin and team completed a full basement renovation in my 1970’s bungalow home. They were so professional and hardworking the entire time, and did an amazing job throughout — it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Even though we have a small back yard, we wanted a taller fence for privacy while not looking out of place. We are very happy with how the fence looks and the service we received. The crew was reliable, worked very hard, and were on schedule. They built it exactly how we wanted and respected the neighbor's property while working on the joining side.
Darwin was prompt at responding to all my concerns and offered options for the gates which I had not thought about.

We used Bond to replace our deteriorating wood front porch with a composite deck, including replacing the posts, stairs, railings and repainting our Juliet balcony. I had gotten about 7 quotes from various local contractors and Bond was by far the most competitive in pricing, detailed in quoting and came with good reviews. 3 months later when it came time to do the work he still honored the quoted price despite surging lumber costs. His guys were very professional and super efficient. At no point did I look out the window and see them slacking off or lounging around. Their workmanship was really good, a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. I would not hesitate to use them again for another home project and would highly recommend them. Not even worth shopping around next time as they were that good and dependable. At the end we also got them to build us a wooden gate at the back of the house which turned out beautiful.

Bond Construction were amazing and done a fantastic job on our Basement Renovation. Darwin and his team were great throughout the whole project. They finished earlier than anticipated and the quality of workmanship was exceptional.
