Darwin and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was great, budget was on target, project timeline was very good, and the quality of the work was excellent. Our expectations were certainly exceeded and we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Bond Contracting and Construction.

I had hired Darwin years ago for my first home's basement renovation and hired him again for my second home's renovation. From start to finish, Darwin was communicative with the progress, provided frequent updates and was patient with all my questions and requests. He and his team were able to get my basement completed within the timeline promised. His whole team was professional and great to work with!! My basement looks amazing and I've already recommended Darwin and his team to friends and colleagues.

Fantastic job. Everything that was explained went exactly as planned. They finished a little bit ahead of schedule and right on budget. They showed up when they said they would, and they completed the work when they said they would. Communication was great along the entire way. Next project, Darwin will be my only call. Gisele and Rhonda were fantastic to work with on the design side and were incredibly helpful picking everting out.

We had recently completed a basement development with Bond Contracting. Great contractor to work with and did exactly what we had envision for the space. Darwin was extremally responsive within 6hrs, if not, 24hrs. The main crew showed up on time every day and was very respectful in terms of language and noise. Darwin would send frequent updates on what the next few steps were and if they were on schedule and on budget. Would highly recommend Darwin and his crew.

Specious and beautifully finish of my basement which consisted on building a recreation room, open concept kitchen and living area and a full bathroom. Darwin and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and understood our needs. His designer was very helpful on selecting colors, layouts. Her expertise, professionalism and passion played a great role on delivering such a beautiful and cozy basement at the end.

Beautiful, professional completion of a new master bedroom and ensuite. The job entailed removal of an old main bath and removal of a wall between 2 small bedrooms to complete a large master bedroom and ensuite in a 1970's home. Darwin and his team were professional, respectful and accommodating. He ensured the support of a designer to help us with style, colors, layout and her expertise was invaluable to the professional result. The team communicated regularly with us to ensure we were satisfied with each step of the reno. We are very happy with the result that was beyond our expectation.

Darwin and his team undertook our home renovations this past winter, which included a complete transformation of the main floor. The project included the removal of a non-loadbearing wall, new flooring, ceiling, pot lights, railing, and a beatiful kitchen with a large island in the center of it. There was a hight level of precision and great attention to detail taken when completing the renovation. Darwin takes pride in his teams workmanship and ensures his clients are happy with the end result. Darwin & his direct team were great to work with, they were all friendly, professional and prompt with getting my work done as soon as they could, with the quality of the work exceeding my expectations. Any issues I experienced outside of his team/beyond his control was dealt with fully. The company hired for the masonry in my fireplace I would also highly recommend - he was quick at installing and the detail in his work is incredible!

Darwin and the rest of his crew were excellent. They worked efficiently, always arrived on time (sometimes even early!), and the craftmanship was superb.
