We had the fortunate opportunity of working with Andrew through our Interior Designer, 5th Business Associates. Andrew is the construction contractor who completed the renovations on our home. Liz, of 5th Business Assoc., has very high standards with all her contractors, so I can see why she contracts Andrew for the construction part of the work (which included the carpentry, plastering and painting). Andrew is the type of contractor who can do everything well. He is extremely hard working and never takes shortcuts to get the work done faster. You can be well assured that when Andrew works on something, that it is done right the first time and completed to your satisfaction. He is meticulous with what he does and it certainly shows in the results. Even when we had him back recently to do some exterior painting for us, he wanted to be sure that all the proper steps were taken so that the paint job would last us many years. As always, we were thrilled with the outcome of the project and the quality of his workmanship! Andrew also does more than what is expected.....for example, we recently had some doors installed and on one of the doors the lock was not seated properly. Andrew took the time to fix the problem and hence, saved us the bother of calling the installer back to fix it. Not many contractors would even bother with a problem that is not their own. He is extremely professional, honest, and trustworthy. I have no problem leaving the house when he is there. I can't say enough about Andrew.....the quality of his workmanship is exceptional and we will certainly have him back again and again to work on all our future projects!
