REPLACEMENT OF MY GEO THERMAL GROUND SOURCE WATER HEAT PUMP
The salesperson was good made all kinds of promises and guarantees
and seemed ok to me so i sighned the deal. From that monent on my life became a living hell for 3 months from aug through nov 2008.
First the wrong model is deliveried and needs to be reordered and it went downhill from there....the two guys doing the installation tell me it is there first one, that the owner of the CO. is not a nice person and I can see that they are unsure of what they are doing and the rep for the mfg is a looser as well... he tells me not to call him after 5pm and that he has not ever read any of the manuals for this product....which by the way was mfg. 2 years before it gets to me..... seems strange. Anyhow the 2-3 day job ends up taking 3 months requiring me to take 10 days off work...for many times when no one showes up nor calls when they were supposed to be here. i could go on and on for pages and pages.... but the unit never worked right, used more water than they promised and kept stopping do to a fault code which I LIVED WITH FOR TWO WINTERS THERAFTER. I refused to pay the final $800 and after receiving threats from the owner GARY just moved on... found a new guy to take over the problems... convinced him it was a faulty electronics board in the unit hade it changed an now no problems..
SO 72 degrees is useless oh and forgot to mention the salesman
quite three weeks into the mess...
