I was looking for a contractor to replace my front steps and had actually booked a company that did not show up last year. I had seen examples of the work Frank and his crew did and sought him out to give me a quote for the work I needed done. I was really impressed with what I had seen and felt confident booking with him for this year. He was on time, very professional and has a great crew who worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Frank is very hands on and very particular about his work. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend him to any of my friends. The completed job looks wonderful and was done without creating a huge mess. When they left the only evidence that they were there was the new staircase. My neighbours all walk by and comment on how good it looks. Frank also was very helpful in choosing railings to complete the job. Overall, I would not hesitate to refer him and his crew. We worked with Frank two years ago on a backyard patio project and were so pleased with the results that it was an easy decision to have him and his team upgrade our front walkway and porch. Frank and his crew were at the top of their game from start to finish. Frank came in the spring to give us a quote on a fairly large project. He offered fabulous suggestions and explained in detail how the project would take shape. He quoted a start date and was within a week of that date, which was phenomenal given weather and normal project scope creep. Frank took part in the construction everyday along with Jake, Paul and the rest of his crew. No days were missed. Frank focuses on one job at a time and takes it to completion before moving on. Everyday I was updated on what would happen the following day. Concrete delivery was on time every time. Project management was second to none. Landscaping was not in the original plans but after a few suggestions from Frank we gave him the go ahead to complete the landscaping as well and very very happy we did. Fantastic job. we have had lots of neighbours compliment us on the work and the transformation of the property. Thanks Frank for everything you did for us. We needed to do a complete overhaul of our front landscaping, walkway and porch. We weren't sure what what we wanted and Frank's plan stood out from the rest due to its clarity, completeness (included the plant selection and planting) and balance. The work was carried out when promised and we were impressed by the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. There was good communication throughout and we are very happy with the end result. When my wife Gloria and I started thinking about extending our existing front porch, increasing the depth of the stair treads, and extending the existing original builders patio stone walkway leading to the driveway, we immediately started looking into contractors. I called a few but Frank at Ontario Concrete was the only one to return my call. To my surprise, Frank showed up within a couple of days and spoke to us about options, timing, etc. It was pretty clear to us that Frank was passionate about his work and was a pro. After careful consideration, we hired Frank to do the work. His timing as dead on what he said it would be, even though his crew had been working under very hot summer conditions. They were on time, professional and polite. The amount of careful preparation and attention to detail was amazing. In the end we feel like we own a piece of artwork.
Frank and his crew are true artisans! Our neighbours love the workmanship and style, even people we don't know have stopped to comment. We know this was not a big job for Frank, but it was for us and we want to let him know how appreciative we are of his workmanship, his patience with the many questions I had and his overall efforts to make our new walkway a reality. Frank did such an amazing job with designing & executing our amazing patio & side walkways, that we contacted him again to spruce up our porch & the perimeter of our driveway. We had interlocking that was uneven, an eyesore, & causing damage to our brick. We explained to Frank what we were looking to have done, he came up with a beautiful design beyond our own imagination. He & his crew were at our place putting in work from 6:30am. They were efficient, didn't need us to oversee or supervise them. Frank and his team did a complete Reno of our pool deck. Everything from proper water drainage, retaining walls, stamped concrete surface, fire pit and stair lighting. He is professional and cares about your project. Thanks again for everything Frank!

Frank had done my driveway with patterned concrete more that 15 years ago which stayed in great shape all this time.
When I required the repair to my driveway after the workers had finished putting in new water-pipes under ; Frank got the colour/pattern matched and his crew finished the job in no time.
Thank you so much Frank. I really appreciated you calling me back and agreeing to do the repairs amidst your busy schedule. It has been 2 years and as you had mentioned the colour is blending nicely with the old concrete now.
