We had 3 quotes and all were in line. Each Contractor had a unique approach to the project and OCF came up the most unique solution.
We also went with OCF mainly because they offered the stamped finish. And boy are we glad we did! The result is simply outstanding.
The owner of OCF, Frank and his son actually did the work. They were on site everyday and made excellent progress on a daily basis. They were courteous, professional and very hard workers.
All in all we would highly recommend OCF to anyone in Durham looking for a high-end result on any size concrete project.
