Just wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with Northern Protocol. I was heart broken when I thought that I had some sort of virus. I explained what had happened and immediately the genius of a tech was able to resolve the issue within minutes. He also helped with some settings to ensure that this was not going to happen again. I truly appreciated the help! He was so kind and there was no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing problems with their computer!

I first bought a laptop from Northern Protocol a few years ago, then my current personal computer. With the occasional computer problems that occur, Northern Protocol has always provided reliable and professional service and, when it's quick fix, at absolutely no charge. When it comes to buying your computer and service, Northern Protocol is the only business where I would go.

Wanted to throw my laptop out of the window - one call to Northern Protocol made me reconsider. They understood the problem - fixed it, and when I had additional questions days later - they were very happy to answer them. Call out to Aaron who blows the top off of customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Northern Protocol is the place to go when computer repairs or inspections are needed. I bought one of their Delphi computers, & I must say I have been very pleased. My warranty expires come Jan./2018, but although my computer will be 5yrs old at that time, it very likely will last a few more years to come. Why do I think so?...because Northern Protocol uses top quality products when they build a computer. When they say "we fix it or it's free" they mean exactly what they say. IF a computer needs to be re-examined more than the first time, there is no charge. Mr. Aaron Weston is the President of Northern Protocol & I believe he insists that his customers are treated fairly, & professionally. While you may think that buying a computer elsewhere may be cheaper, please take into consideration their warranties. Are they using top-quality parts?..Do they strive for customer satisfaction, or might they consider you to be just another customer. At Northern each & every customer is treated with great respect, & advice is freely given when required.
When you go into their office, you'll see an office that is well-organized..there is no clutter, or dusty articles. Yes, there are desktops & laptops on display for sale, but they are CLEAN. There
are receptionists on the front desk to help you.
You get what you pay for...at Northern you get the best.

I have used Northern Protocol on several occasions, both over the phone and in person, for advice. They have always provided excellent, professional service. I suspected my laptop needed a new battery, so I took it in to them. They did a service, but found that the battery didn't require replacement. Their honest and competent advice is most appreciated. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Couldn't fix my laptop - so no charge for 3 days work trying to revive it. Found me the right network system backup and had it there for me in a day. Set up my new computer in no time at all.
And...cheerfully, professionally, and with ongoing communications that ensured my needs and timelines were met.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Best service I've ever had.

Northern Protocol not only has repaired my families computers, but has also do diligently assisted me in building my custom computer and I have never been happier with any other investment I've made. The cable organization is proof enough to express how professional and caring this staff is about how things look and operate within a computer, even the most tedious of things. Computers only visit Northern Protocol once as they are not only repaired, butalso setup to prevent failures from occurring. Wonderful business, great atmosphere and it's truly appreciated when you are seen as a customer and a friend rather then just as a number. :)
