Above All Awnings installed the awning above my store Cool East Market (https://cooleastmarket.com/) on the Danforth. Fine job, professional, no problems.
Through inadvertent mishandling, the gear for the closing mechanism broke off at 6 pm when closing up. With rain coming, we were concerned about further damage. We left a message for the company in the evening and then spoke to them again in morning. He promised someone would come by to fix it as soon as possible.
By the time I got to the store at 9:30 the next morning, it was fixed, as good as new. At first, Tim told me the cost would be $100 but then he called back and let me know that it was still under warranty (even though it was our fault) and there would be no charge. Awesome!
