They were 6 weeks late on my installation and came to install while I was having surgery for a heart transplant. This company installed a new door, we had a $450 lock that disappeared during installation and they took full advantage of my wife and her distractions. Stay away from these people.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
After investigating your concern I found that your door was delayed by the manufacture due to back log from the covid-19 pandemic, which was out of our hands. We made sure to track this closely for you and scheduled installation for the day after it was received at our branch.
In regards to the lock: We are often asked to keep old hardware, peepholes, door knockers etc.. and are happy to do so when asked before hand. I’m sorry to hear that your lock was disposed of but since we were only made aware several weeks after installation the door had been long disposed of.
