We had Mr. Ceramic come to our old 1950's era house that was in desperate need of an update. Main bathroom was gutted to the studs. Both main and en-suite tiled beautifully and accents, accessories and shower/tub installed excellently. The staff were exceptionally easy to work with and provided great advice. We would recommend them to anyone and have had our extended family use them as well. Very clean and professional.

Work was completed in a timely manner and clean up was undertaken at the end of each day. Richard is trustworthy and I had no problem giving him a key to the house when I wasn't going to be home. Richard and Louise are super people and get very involved (or in-involved, whichever you prefer) and were very helpful when I was making choices for tiles and fixtures.

From the initial meeting over the phone and in the store, customer service is top notch. Once the job is started, Mr. Ceramic stays with the job until it is completed. This company did three full bathroom renovations for us over a period of about 4 years. We were pleased with each job and so hired them again when we were ready to to do the next. They stock a large selection of tile samples to choose from for floor and walls, and will order other fixtures you choose from plumbing, cabinet, counter top and other suppliers. All work was well done with very few hiccups during or after, and the new bathrooms still look and function well after a few years of use. This company does not low-ball on price and there was a fair wait involved before each job could be started, but we felt that they were worth it.

The lady who runs the store is so darn helpful and always helps us find what we need for our renovation. We've ordered tiles from her on more than one occasion. Her timelines are always spot-on and she can be counted on for having what you need when you need it after it's been ordered. Very happy shopping here.
