2 years after installing the gate, I had a small repair which needed to get done. I contacted Oliver from Dufferin, and he had the repair completed within 24 hours free of charge. Awesome customer service.

Oliver answered my calls and e-mails promptly and the fence was installed in a timely manner with no damage to the surrounding plants or sprinkler system. The fence immediately received many compliments from jealous neighbours!

We are really pleased with the expertise and service we received from Dufferin Iron & Railings in replacing an outside steel railing at our home. There are so many styles available under their website which is great, however, it was also a little overwhelming. Explained we needed a gate to create a barrier between our house and our neighbours so our dog could not get out of the yard.
Wanted it also for a security feature to keep people out of the yard.
They suggested an attractive & simple design that met our needs. Workers were efficient and punctual. Good quality.

Dennis Parolin did an amazing job in working with us to develop the "look" for our railings. He used quick sketches of the features. He made great suggestions for proportions and sizes. The workmanship was great. Painted with a custom colour. The installation crew was fast and professional ( less than 2 hours ! ). Dennis is a man of his word, he installed to the schedule he committed, in spite of weather.

Dufferin came out promptly to provide a quote - all the quotes I got were very close together. I picked a style from their website, and installation was within the window I was quoted. I was warned of the potential for my porch stone to crack when they drilled in the railings, and indeed there was one crack - I can't hold that against Dufferin, as they made me aware of the risk. The workers were tidy and polite, and I would use the company again.

I am writing to express how happy I am with the wrought iron railings that you installed at my home over a year ago.

The railings were needed for a new walk-out that I had built at the rear of the house. Not only are the railings very beautiful to look at and enhance the look of the house and garden, they still look brand new, are sturdy and have not rusted in the least.

I have seen railings in other homes that look impressive, but after a year or so, they start to show signs of rusting and need to be repainted. As you assured me, the galvanizing of the metal prevents the railings from rusting and is well worth the small additional cost.
