This kitchen was to be finished Oct 16, 2016 ,,,,, finally finished Jan 3, 2017. The problem started right from the start. The installer started the job, left to drop off his helper at another job that he had a problem with, came back, worked a little more and then told me he had to leave at 1:00 to attend a funeral. He arrived the next work day, told me he was short some trim and wouldn't be able to finish. Left to pick up his helper around 11:00 and never came back,
I have to admit the "quality control" guys are EXCELLENT. They came in , noticed the damage cupboard and the big gaps in the trim. and ordered the replacement parts, Of course multi week delays. When that arrived they decided that all the trim had to replaced again more multi week delays. After that was installed, they noticed that they were missing 2 more pieces of trim. again more multi week delays,. The final trim arrived mid Dec but couldn't be installed until Jan 3, 2017.
This company seems to do all the right things, "quality control" inspectors, final survey regarding the job, but after filling out the survey and sending an email and leaving a voice message no response to my concerns. I would have rated then higher if they had responded to my email or voice message.
The biggest problem is lack of communication, between staff, installers, and factory The final job looks good but I would not use them again.
