Staff were very courteous, right from my initial contact with Reitzel Insulation. Any questions I had were answered, made me feel very comfortable with the work I was going to have done. The men that came to do the work did a super job and as mentioned above, were very courteous, answered any questions I had. Nothing to clean up after they were finished; they cleaned up after themselves.

Bob Lambo gave me a detailed explanation of what was required Including the benefit of additional soffit barriers. The technicians were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. I was very impressed with the thorough cleanup they did after. I would absolutely recommend Reitzel to anyone looking for insulation. You have great people from quote to job to office. You all did a great job.

Attic removal of old insulation and replacement

The personnel from the beginning all were efficient and completed the project as requested. They answered all my questions and provided all the details in the removal and replacement with new materials. They cleaned up all product materials at the end of the project. I would recommend their services as a plus to other customers.

This is the second time I use Reitzel for insulation. The first time was removal and new blown-in insulation and this time for spray foam application. Very positive experience both times. The group was very helpful and courteous. They did a great job. Put tubing around the vents. They did a fabulous job putting in the insulation into all the corners and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend Reitzel for any insulation job!
