Excellent customer service. This is the third time we used Bartle & Gibson. They were very helpful with picking out our plumbing fixtures and gave us a great price. I will use them again

Went to their showroom to pick new kitchen sink faucets and garberator. The selection was fantastic and the salespeople were very helpful. Things we ordered arrived on time and in good shape.

When doing some cleaning and caulking in our old bathroom, I tried to remove the OLD OLD OLD tap handles on the tapset in our tub. Needless to say I needed a new set. But every store only carries pressure balanced sets now. Not wanting to have to retile or replumb, I did some research and was directed to Barle & Gibson on Fort Road. They had the parts (tapset, cartridges, handles) I needed to match the old installation.

Always know they'll beat the local hardware store's price. Plus, so much easier to do your research online for products and then phone in to order.
Not very good for advice for the average homeowner, but if you know what you want it's a better deal than going to your local hardware store.

The store had a fantastic selection of products. The service was non existent. It would be nice to have some assistance. We went to pick it up but they wouldn't help us load it into the car. We probably wouldn't shop there again.
