As a property manager for condominiums I have used this company exclusively over the last year. Their professionalism and work ethic is second to none. Our clients appreciate that they are on time, clean up and most of all solve problems.

For this review, it was a foundation crack at my own home that was done. Wesley Rose arrived on time, took the time to explain the work that he was doing, was efficient, professional and courteous. While getting the job done well was my first priority, The Crack Specialists pricing is also very reasonable. From the booking of the inspection with the administrator Lorrie, to Todd's inspection and report and Wesley's amazing work, I felt confident that only what was needed would be done and that the work would be done right. I would recommend this firm to everyone!

Crack specialists were referred to me by a good neighbor,
Jamie fixed a leaking crack we discovered in our basement 2 years ago and it has not leaked since. We found two more cracks later on in a different section of the basement and had Jamie and Clint come in again 2 years later to fix those as well.
They arrived right on time and we very efficient. They left the place very clean and even knocked off the old injector pins from a crack that had been fixed by another contractor before we bought the home.
I would recommend this group to anyone else needing basement crack repair!

We were about to list our house for sale when we discovered 2 small leaks from cracks in the basement wall. Recognizing our emergency, Todd came out and gave us a quote. He arranged to have Wes come out within a couple of days to do the repair. Not only was Wes on time, he was early, and worked steadily to do the required repair. He was very pleasant and very efficient and left the work area clean.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Wes was terrific. Prompt call back and scheduling. Showed up on time(10 min early) and completed repair in approx 1 hour. Explained process as he went and cleaned up completely before leaving. Would highly recommend Crack Specialists and Wes in particular.

Wesley was friendly and efficient. He injected 3 sides of the cold room (about 15 feet), described the process as he went along and cleaned up after. He installed a vent where we previously had none. The cost was significantly less than a quote from their competitors. I am looking forward to properly finishing my cold cellar. Thank you!

An overall great service from providing a quote to completing the injection repair. Todd provided the quote and Wes and Joel completed the repair work. A very friendly and experienced team. I would use TCS again without a doubt.

During a complete basement reno this spring/summer, our contractor uncovered cracks he thought should be addressed. Wes came promptly and gave us a quote. Came back a couple days later and filled 2 of them. A small one that wouldn't leak due to location he suggested we fill ourselves. Gave us a product suggestion and saved us money which was appreciated because we'd had another more expensive reno "surprise". We've had some pretty big rainfalls since and everything is dry. Overall prompt and professional service.
