High pressure tactics to start work without a written estimate. I was told he had a one week window of availability to do the job, if I didn't commit it would be months before he was available again. The night before the day the work was supposed to be done, he had still not given an estimate. I told him to push the date until he could provide an estimate. He responded with a verbal quote. After the job was complete his price was more than double what he quoted.

Warning! Owner is a salesman but doesn't know his business. The owner was always asking for money, everyday even though he received the deposit, as stipulated in contract! Then he will stop the work if you don't pay him more as he adds unjustified extras with no explanations! And when you get the final invoice, more extras. Avoid at all cost!

I was told what i need and the job was competed on time as expected from Frank,
The crew they had was amazing filling us in all though out the job that was done.
The price was perfect base on our budget compared to others...
