The absolute worse company to deal with, especially Tammy. Extremely unprofessional, and highly unorganized.
They took my 50% deposit ($614, NOT A SMALL AMOUNT) in March, never sent me a copy of the receipt until 2 months later when I asked. Then in April I asked how much notice they needed to get the stone I put the deposit on, and was told 1 to 2 weeks.
I followed up in July and asked if one of their guys could come out to measure my fireplace to be sure I got the correct amount of stone
No response for 3 weeks.
Over 3 weeks later, they emailed asking for my number so an associate could reach me.
The associate never contacted me.
Now August, I receive a voicemail saying there isn't enough time to complete my request for this project, and that a refund had been issued. Then why did Brad, my original point of contact, say 1 to 2 weeks, was more than enough time?
DO NOT deal with this company, they are extremely unreliable and VERY difficult to deal with.
