Upfront, Brad is very engaged and helpful. Once the project started, he did not manage the day to day site. He has various trades that complete parts of the project and we had stop by each night to review the work and take pictures and communicate the issues. Once the job was 'complete' it was very difficult to get ahold of Brad to come back to have some issues addressed. Would not recommend.
