Terrible customer service. Terrible return 'policy'.
Staff are abrasive and do not pass on critical information ... such as electrical.components cannot be returned ... EVEN if in original packaging , and in perfect condition.
Buy your parts elsewhere. Save yourself stress, anxiety and money. Do not deal with them.
