Website says free delivery on items over $149. Item was $225. Two days later I get an email they want $90 to deliver to Barrie. Never mind I told them, I will come get it. OK but you need to cancel the first order and re-order for curbside. Did so at Noon on Friday. At 230pm I hadn't heard anything. Called for an update. Went through automated attendant hell before getting a live body. Who couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Said between 1 to 4 hours after ordering. At 330 still no word, so headed to Toronto so I could be there before closing. Arrived at 4:56pm and they were closing. Told them I drove from Barrie. Some guy hiding behind his mask shrugged his shoulders. Tough luck. I immediately emailed them and told them what happened and to cancel the order. Not a word of apology from them.
