Super Vacs

Last year, I bought parts for my Miel vacuum (which I bought there years ago). In one of them, the joint came apart and I couldn't get it back on The staff did it in minutes at no charge. I trust SuperVacs, feel confident and am thrilled with the service on Iris in Ottawa.

I have bought a canavac central vac system from this store, now 15 years old and working beautifully, as well as many cordlesss refurbished stick vacs for our home and gifts. All products have been outstanding. A couple products naturally required servicing after many years of use and they do an outstanding job servicing as well. Great company. The cost I highlight is for base service of products

I had the On/OFF switch replaced. It did not last 8 months. I had to have it replace again at my expense. Was told that they use authentic Electrolux parts which are only warranty for 3 months. Electrolux said all their parts have a 1 year warranty and are only available at 'Electrolux' dealers.

Met with John to discuss the option of purchasing and installing a central vac in our new house (existing construction). John recommended a fantastic unit (and he did not try to up sell us). We ended up going with the higher end Canavac. The installer was FANTASTIC, he installed 3 ports in the walls with no damage. Everything has been working perfectly for 4 months now. We were so impressed with John we returned to purchase a carpet cleaner. Fantastic customer service, excellent prices, and their knowledge is second to none!

Purchased a central vacuum system from SuperVacs and had them install the system at our new house. Pricing on their units was competitive and they did throw in a couple of accessories for free. Sent an installer and he did a fantastic job. Unit works great!
