this company completed the job they were hired to do. we had problems with them, and won't hire them again, but in their favour the job finally did get done, even though it wasn't entirely to our expectations.

i hired these guys to do tile work six weeks ago. scott was very nice and very professional all the way up until the installer he hired -- a sub-contractor who was not fully briefed on what we wanted -- blew the installation. scott then made promises about fixing the work, but disappeared... no replies to phone calls, no replies to emails, nothing.

he had promised he'd be at my house this morning to start the reinstallation "weather permitting". wake up this morning, lovely and sunshiny... and no scott.
poor quality work, poor communication, unprofessional, unreliable. you've been warned!!!
