Bill and the team from B&R was fantastic. They helped us through the entire process and performed the work on time. We LOVE our new doors and will be calling B&R when we upgrade our front doors as well.

I paid for 2 exterior doors, frames and installation. One door leaks. It has been almost a year since installation, and the problem is still not resolved. They have come out a couple of times, after very much difficulty, getting hold of them. They do not return calls or emails. You have to be able to catch them directly. Now they do not call me back at all, and my door still leaks. I currently have a complaint with the BBB

The installer arrived at the time agreed to start the job. The job was completed in an efficient manner and the job site was left very clean and tidy. We had one call back which took more time than expected to resolve. The overall job was acceptable, but \I thought the finishing could have been done better.
