Dr. Bob to the Rescue

After trying other repair shops where I have purchased vacuum filters for our central vac, I stumbled upon "A Vacuum Factory Inc." The other shops kept my son's Dyson DC24 for 2 days, just to inform me they couldn't get the parts to repair it.
Bob said he could fix any vacuum cleaner as he has done major surgery on several vacuum cleaners. He was very friendly, professional and positive that he could repair the 2011 Dyson DC24. He repaired it within 3 hours of receipt at a very reasonable cost. It runs like a brand new one. I now call him "Dr. Bob". My new "Go To Place" for vacuum supplies and service.
