Extremely Poor Quality Marble and Not Standing Behind their products

I spent 700 dollars to buy the White Valentino marble 3 by 6 tiles from Tile master. The tiles arrived discoloured, chipped and cracked. Tiles are yellow and dull as opposed to polish and white. There were literally no resemblance to what they supposed to look like , no veins on any tiles. Crappy product and too brittle to cut.i understand that marble is natural stone and cannot guarantee the pattern , tone. But this product is subpar , way below, what's available in the market sell in other stores. This sloppy quality is extremely poor and absolutely unacceptable. I have to pay my installer to remove them because they look ugly, cheap and old. Very disappointing, what a waste of time and money picking tiles at tile master.

The quality was too pathetically poor that I had to stop my installer in the middle of installations and remove them for me.

Do not go for file master as they don't have a good return policy. My yellowish chipped and cracked tiles look do not look a bit like what they are supposed to be. It is a waste of time and money. I had to pay for the tiles and large installation and removal of the tiles because they look disgusting with yellow stains and chipped tiles.

Even though the selection is good but their quality and return policy suck. They don't stand behind their products.

Stay away from file master to avoid more headache or trouble. Save yourself some time to go places that stand behind their products.

I am very sorry to hear about the quality of the tiles you received. This is very disturbing to hear about this as the quality from this manufacturer is usually of high standard. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to inspect every box but we absolutely stand behind our products 100%.
