Never working always on the phone would bring in students and then leave them unsupervised, he would disappear for hours, when confronted about this he would just not show up he always had excuses as to why he wasn't at my house (truck broke down, sick) and when you phoned him you could hear construction going on so he was working somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Obviously I found this site to late because he has been doing this for a long time.
