Please beware of Deluxe Flooring by Alex (has a latin accent, drives a green Toyota RV)
He tells you what you want to hear and very professional. THEN, once he gets his deposit he is very hard to work with, rude and treatens you for more money or he will not finish your job and leave it in shambles. He refuses to give you a receipt, if you ask when he will be in to work he will tell you "I will be in when I'm in", cranks his music super loud, does not block off his work area as promised, parks on your lawn for his convenience... The list goes on.
Worst of all, he gives you a low price. You give him a deposit. He then increases his quoted price 56% without telling you and throws a fit because you questioned the price change.
