Pre-Lock installed and monitors our alarm system. They have also installed a door access system. We have always had quick response to any of our issues and the service staff have been very courteous and have resolved all of our problems. We received quotes from 3 companies . We found Pre-Lock very knowledgeable. We understood exactly what we were getting. Their price was very fair and most important they installed the products exactly where the salesman promised it would all go. The installers were very neat and very easy to have in your home for the 2 day installation. They explained how the alarm worked and followed up a few days later to make sure all was good. We sold our home and needed to empty our floor safe, could not open it as we had a flood from a storm and water must have rusted out our dial. Called Pre-Lock and they sent a safe expert who opened the safe in about 4 hours . He knew exactly what to do. Could not believe how much water was in the safe. Lucky all my gold is still okay other than a few damaged watches. Pre-Lock saved the day and got us in to our safe. We also are going to buy a new safe that is waterproof for our new house

Not only did he explain all price points, he was kind enough to give me a tutorial of the inner workings of locks, master keys, re-keying., etc...... When I had to relay the information to my husband before making a decision, he was so impressed with my explanation and even suggested another line of work for me. = ) LOL =) That's how great Brian is! He is so friendly and I can't say it enough HELPFUL. He works as if he is running his own personal business. He CARES!!! It's so rare to see this type of dedication and commitment. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Paul Seidman at Pre-Lock. We purchased an alarm and locks which were installed very professionally. The after installation customer service has been fantastic. I highly recommend Pre-Lock to anyone.
