I have been using Arpi’s for my heating needs since moving to Alberta. Always very happy with the service and work done and when it came time for a new furnace and water tank they were my choice. The technicians and sales staff always a pleasure to work with.

Annual fall inspection. On appointed time, no surprises and very professional and knowledgeable. Our O2 sensor was defective and because it was installed by Arpis 5 years ago it was replaced for no charge. Very happy.

AC installed by ARPI's 2020. First time (2021) to ensure AC correctly shut down and furnace in good order. Ryan was very courteous and professional yet personable. He took time to answer questions and explain what he had seen, done and recommended. Another excellent experience with ARPI staff. Thank you!

Great service! Fawad was punctual & tidy, considerate of our family being present working & studying while he was here. He thoroughly explained what was wrong & different pricing options to repair it. Highly recommend Fawad & Arpis!

Our hot water heater started to leak Friday night @6:00pm. The emergency service man was not helpful & the cost of a service call on the weekend was very high (this service call was ONLY to shut off the water heater & water), luckily we found a plumber in the neighbourhood who was able to help us at no charge-great guy & very helpful.
Monday morning we spoke to the head office & they were able to order a new water heater to be installed Wednesday.
The fellows that came over to install the new heater were EXCELLENT and we couldn’t have had a better experience on the installation!

I was very impressed by great customer service provided by Anne and Kirk at Arpis. Anne was very pleasant to speak, understood our needs and acted promptly in providing various options for our furnace and got things rolling immediately. Kirk, the Project Manager was very prompt and responsive in understanding the urgency and providing great customer service and organizing the installation of the furnace very quickly. very impressed with the service. Requested for Arpi's to come out and give an estimate to install a gas line for the BBQ. Service was prompt and professional. Quote included service, installation, parts, and city permit. No surprises with final costs, charged as quoted. Service was very professional. The City Inspector concurred the job was done to a high standard, no issues, passed inspection.

Vanessa was great. She replaced the motor still on warranty. She fixed the humidifier and turned up the furnace. Very professional . I would use them again.

Habte did my furnance inspection, he gave a call letting me know when he was coming, answered all my questions, and even helped work through a problem with the humidifier free of charge.
