disposal stopped dead in its tracks, so I called around and Pete the Plumber were the only ones to take a moment and talk "TO" e and not AT me. They were cautious with telling which price I should get until I asked what would you tell your wife? After admitting it was X-wife, he said for her to get the cheapest one! What would you tell your Mom? He said the medium price with a better warantee, etc.

NEXT up, DELIVERY. While I had to wait two weeks top get the product in, "JIMMY" came to my house - phoning first to say could he come two hours earlier, I was thrilled as then I could get on with my day! He was not the more than 15 minutes - out with the old and in with the new (super quiet) garbage disposal. he told meabout warranty and how to register the product and then he was off! Absolutle fantastic. I told him I would not give a 5 star as no one believes them, but I am going too and hope you good people reading this will know I cannot tell a fib! GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks fellas! A happy "MOM"!!!

We are pleased with Jason. He is polite, hard working and has a great knowledge of products and how they work. He wore a mask the whole time, was neat and explained things well.

Thank you to Andre and his team, It was an amazing experience, the communication was very clear with patience, awesome and friendly team, explained every clearly. The team changed Poly B pipes in our entire house. We found Andre and his team very professional and courteous. We are extremely happy with their thorough and efficient job they did at our place. Pete the Plumber - these individuals need a pat on their back for providing and excellent service; they represent your company well. Will always use you and refer you to everyone.

I’m torn how to feel about this company. I had a water tank installed and the guy was amazing and answered all my questions right away. So I decided to continue service with Pete the plumber and got a new humidifier installed with a pump. The guy who put it in was grumpy and didn’t know anything about the pump. After 3 weeks of silence I called the service manager to see what was happening with my order and he basically forgot about me. Then I finally had the humidifier pump installed and my price quote ended up being $750 instead of $600. I asked how this happened but nobody got back to me. Guess now they have my money- service is over. Very disappointing.

We requested replacement of polyB as knew it was not code anymore so requested actual person from Pete the Plumber. He came with a team member and replaced all appropriate plumbing materials. However, in the process broke a jacuzzi front plate. They didn't mention it to us and we noticed the attempted coverup when cleaning the bathroom after they left. The attempted coverup was a MESS! We are so disappointed with this mess and although the house is old, as is the jacuzzi, it is still our home and we were not notified of this breakage or the repair and coverup.

The installers showed up on time and completed the job in a professional and thorough manner. This involved going on the roof to install the chimney liner. They placed runners throughout the carpeted area into the furnace room and removed the old water tank and all packaging for the new one. We were very pleased the installers and this company.

Jerry came out to service our Master Bathroom sink. He was Covid friendly, prompt and super professional! I would have Jerry come back and do work at our home any time. Best yet, Clearview Plumbing quoted us $400 to do the job and Pete’s charge was $130! Who do I call next time? Without a doubt, it is Pete the Plumber and I will request they send Jerry specifically!

I had such a great experience with these guys. Marlene was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are super friendly, do great work, and have very affordable prices. Oh and they showed up when they said they would! Thank you!
