Jerry & Ben quickly and efficiently located and corrected the plugged line and did what the needed to do to solve an ongoing issue. They also wet/dry vacuumed the excess water on the floor that was there from the plugged line issue. As I have mobility issues this was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Pete the Plumber to others and will definitely have them over next time if I have any issues.

Had Brad N/Ben replace my old Reznor Heater with a new Reznor Garage heater and i could not be more pleased. The guys are total professionals and very helpful educating me on the new controls for heater. The replacement heater is sleek and low profile. I just cant say enough of the quality and workmanship Pete the Plumber gave us. This was a big job and there was a lot of obstacles and they came through with flying colours. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also the friendliness and respectfulnesses of there skilled tradesman was beyond any expectation.

Jerry was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and took the time to educate me on what caused the problem. He even took the time to advise me on unrelated faucet matters. The bill was a complete surprise in a good way. To be honest I am surprised that I was not charges 3-4x the amount. Excellent work Jerry. I will be calling Pete the Plumber for all of my plumbing needs.

A total disaster. The plumber didnt know how to cut a pvc pipe appropriately, and he left my house with a leak on the repaired pipe. He damaged the vent system by using multiple joints, which was needed at all. Never call this plumber again.

Justin came out to fix an issue caused by a different company that was caught in a home inspection. (Double Tapped) Excellent Service! Justin was great at explaining what the issue was and how he would repair. Fast, friendly service. Really Impressed.

Was told by a competitor we needed a new furnace for $5K.

Called PTP for a 2nd opinion and saved us over $4K and fixed it! From the call to book, to the estimator and technician, great service!

I had a simple job (install a bathroom faucet I bought myself). They were able to get me in quickly and the installer arrived on time and completed the job in a reasonable time. Costs were as expected.
The only issue I had was the hot and cold faucet positions are reversed i.e. turn the single handle to the right and hot water comes out (all my other taps have cold water). Appears the hot and cold water hoses were reversed.

We had an issue that every time we flushed the upstairs toilet, there was a gurgling sound in the kitchen sink. Jerry was not happy until the problem was resolved and we were completely satisfied. Very happy with Jerry’s commitment and professionalism. Thank you Jerry and thank you Pete the Plumber.
