We called Haven Home at 12 o'clock and explained our furnace was blowing cold air. We live 30km away from their store. A technician (Nick) arrived by 1:15 and investigated the problem. We needed a new furnace, Nick called the office to have a salesperson contact us. Herb arrived at 3 and walked us thru options. Both Haven employees were very courteous and knowledgeable.
