Heating & Air Conditioning review in

The salesman was very good and exerted no pressure. However, this new air conditioner is having difficulty reaching the desired temperature (25C) on a very hot day. When a serviceman came to check it out, he said I probably should have been sold a larger machine for the size of my home. My 17-year-old air conditioner did not have this problem. So I'm somewhat disappointed so far and hope for further help from this company.

As discussed yesterday, with some fan speed adjustments the unit was able to maintain temperature and you were going to monitor and let the office know if you were still having issues. Please feel free to contact us 613-634-7722.
