Mr Potlight

Mr. Potlight (John) and his crew did an amazing job installing approx 20 spotlights on my ground floor ceiling. Quick and efficient. These guys know their stuff- perfect!
However, I did have one spotlight fail a month or so later and texted/called John about it. As this happened just before Christmas I didn't expect him to drop by immediately, so assumed I would get the replacement in the new year. I texted him again with a reminder of the issue. I even offered to purchase one on my own, but just wanted a confirmation of the brand to purchase. That was a week ago with no response. That is why I have only given the company 2 stars, which I would gladly change if I receive a response.
