Toronto Rug Cleaning

I contacted Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning to come by our home to look at a couple of area rugs we have. Ben came over the following day and we showed him our 8x10 area rug in our living room that sees a lot of traffic including our dog. In addition, we have an entryway 4x6 area rug that needed cleaning as well as repair on two of the corners. Ben took both carpets and said we would have the 8x10 living room rug back in 3 days. The entryway rug would take a couple of extra days for the repair, but he gave us a temporary rug to use in it's place. The carpets came back on time and looking like new. We couldn't believe how vibrant the carpets looked after the expert cleaning, and for the repair, we couldn't tell what corners were fixed - like new!

Last Saturday, November 15 we hosted a large dinner party - and the next morning discovered that our hand made wool carpet (that I inherited) was heavily soiled with a red wine stain larger than 2 ft sq. We did a quick google search and found this company, which we were pleasantly surprised was listed in our neighbourhood (Avenue/Dupont), and not a remote suburb of the GTA, where most services are located. We contacted the owner (on a Sunday around noon) who was happy to come over, provide a free estimate, and take the carpet away that afternoon. There was also a pink stain from a previous incident, which had run out of some bright pink yoga pants after walking home in the rain. Ben was honest that the stain may not be completely removable (the pink) but he told us he was confident he could get the wine out. For a very reasonable price the carpet came back looking new, with absolutely no visible stains. Ben delivered the carpet back to our home the following Tuesday evening, to accommodate our work schedule. THEN as he (Ben, the owner) was leaving, after we had finished paying, he informed me that our next cleaning would be complimentary! Top notch customer service at its finest. What a fantastic experience from start to finish! we needed a carpet cleaned and we researched several of the top rated companies in the GTA. Most gave a generic response, but Ben stated he would have to see the carpet to give an accurate assessment, but he provided a no cost no obligation on site estimate. He arrived at our house within an hour of our call, and within minutes I was totally at ease and confident in his professionalism. Carpets are not a job for Ben, they are his passion! He took the time to explain everything to us even going out to his van to show us several carpets of comparable quality. We never felt pressured, only well informed. His prices are very reasonable but his commitment to customer service is unparalleled! He was careful packing our carpet, and stated that he would have it back in as little as 3 days. I was skeptical...but true to his word he had the carpet on schedule, and the job he had done was magnificent. This carpet was several years old when we purchased it, and when Ben brought it into house and re-installed it, it looked brand new and was in showroom condition! I was totally blown away by how good it looked. I have been a home owner for over 30 years, and I have never dealt with a better company in any field. Ben is a true craftsman and a gentleman and I would refer him to friends and family without reservation. This is a 10 plus company!!!!

The rug cleaning turned out much better than the previous time, I had it cleaned with a different company. The service is impeccable. Ben makes sure that everything is the way you want it, including the option to forego any chemical treatments. He also has a good eye in knowing which rugs best suit certain rooms. He picked out the perfect rug for my den, that I couldn't have found in general stores and with a price that couldn't be beat.

I gave 4 hand noted carpet to Ben for cleaning. WE can not believe what a grate job he did for us. Now with peace of mind able to re command his service to my friends and family. Grate job Ben and thanks.

I had some construction workers working outside my house, and from time to time they would have to walk in the house. We have two very expensive rugs in the main entrance and another large rug near the back yard slide doors to get outside. The workers ruined the rugs with the mud, dust, and cement chunks stuck to thier boots. They picked up the rugs without my mother and I lifting a finger. They were very gentle with everything and made sure they took extra care of the carpets. This company knows the value of an expensive rug, and understand the detail it takes to produce such an item and maintain it. Less than week later the rugs were returned as if they were brand new.
