What a fantastic experience from start to finish! we needed a carpet cleaned and we researched several of the top rated companies in the GTA. Most gave a generic response, but Ben stated he would have to see the carpet to give an accurate assessment, but he provided a no cost no obligation on site estimate. He arrived at our house within an hour of our call, and within minutes I was totally at ease and confident in his professionalism. Carpets are not a job for Ben, they are his passion! He took the time to explain everything to us even going out to his van to show us several carpets of comparable quality. We never felt pressured, only well informed. His prices are very reasonable but his commitment to customer service is unparalleled! He was careful packing our carpet, and stated that he would have it back in as little as 3 days. I was skeptical...but true to his word he had the carpet on schedule, and the job he had done was magnificent. This carpet was several years old when we purchased it, and when Ben brought it into house and re-installed it, it looked brand new and was in showroom condition! I was totally blown away by how good it looked. I have been a home owner for over 30 years, and I have never dealt with a better company in any field. Ben is a true craftsman and a gentleman and I would refer him to friends and family without reservation. This is a 10 plus company!!!!
